Teasers Allow You To Adjust Point Spreads In Your Favor

A teaser is a type of parlay bet in which the bettor is allowed to adjust the point spread or game total in their favor for each of the individual selections. In exchange for the adjusted lines, the payout odds are reduced compared to a standard parlay.

Football Teasers

Football teasers usually let you add 6, 6.5, or 7 points to your selections. Shifting a spread from -7 to -1 makes the bet much easier to cover.

For Example:

2-Team 6-Point Teaser: Patriots -7 to -1 / Colts +1 to +7

In this teaser, both the Patriots and Colts lines are shifted by 6 points in your favor. In order to win the teaser, the Patriots must win by more than 1 point and the Colts must cover +7.

Basketball Teasers

Basketball teasers typically offer adjustments of 4, 4.5, or 5 points. Adjusting spreads to cover crucial margins in high-scoring games.

Super Teasers / Monster Teasers

Special teasers with even higher point adjustments (e.g. 10 or 13 points in football), requiring three or more teams. These carry adjusted payout structures to match the high likelihood of winning.
